If the club is very busy and you cannot find a space to play your match please contact the Chairman who will move social croquet matches to accommodate you.

What to wear? Full whites are optional but please wear white tops or club fleeces for internal club competitions.
A level play competition played in blocks with knockout final stage. Each match in the block stage is a single 19 point game and in the knockout stage best of 3 13 point games. Games not played by date shown will be scored 0 for both sides.
A level-play competition played as a knockout with rounds to be played by the dates shown.
All rounds and the final to be the best-of-three 13 point games.
A handicap competition played in blocks.
Each match to be best-of-three 13 point games. Block games not played by the date shown will be scored 0 for both sides. The first two in each block will go forward to the knockout stage.

Knockout competition with restriction on the pairing: combined handicap of the players in the pair must be at least 0. Level play best-of-three 13 point games.
A level play competition for B level players (minimum handicap 3 at date of entry) played in block format. Matches to be best-of-three 13 point games to be played by the date shown for each round. Knockout stage bedt-of-three 13 point games.
A handicap competition for players of C level (handicaps 7 and above) played in blocks. Each block match to be best of 3 x 13 points games
Block games not played by the date shown will be scored 0 for both sides..

C Level Knockout for members with a handicap of 7 and above. Level play best-of-three 13 point games. The final is best of three 13 point games to be played in Finals Week.

Now open to all members with a handicap of 10 and above.
A Level play competition played in blocks for players with a handicap of 10 and above. Each match a single 13 point game. The first two in the block play a final in Finals Week which will be best-of-3 13 point games.
This is a block competition. A single 13 point handicap game. The first and second placed in the block play a final of a single 13 point game in Finals Week. Open to all members who have reached their 80th Birthday by April 1st
A handicap competition format to be confirmed according to entries.
First round to be in June, date to be confirmed.
This is a National 13pt GC Handicap competition (Advantage Play with a maximum handicap of 14). The initial round/s for our members will be played at SCCC. Closing date is 31st May 2023
Full rules will be published by the CA. This year the local area finals is held at Surbiton on 31 July
with a finals held on 9-10 September at Ryde Isle of Wight.
The format of all competitions may be altered at the Competitions Secretary's discretion dependent on the number of entries.
