Summary of 2026 CqE advertised programme

If possible, please enter on-line via the Croquet England website. This is the preferred method; there is no need to complete a paper form as well.

If on-line entry is really not possible, entry can also be made using the normal CA entry form. Please enclose payment making cheques payable to Sussex County Croquet Club and send form and cheque to the Tournament Secretary.

If you haven’t visited the Club before, Sussex County Croquet Club is reached from Kingston Lane, Southwick, West Sussex. If using GPS navigation, don't use the Club postcode as a destination as it takes you to the (locked) back door!. Use Kingston Lane or enter BN43 6YW (postcode for Shoreham College opposite the club) and ignore the last part of the directions onto the college site. Our entrance is just opposite the college.

All paper entries where an email address has been provided will be acknowledged by email.

Plastic markers must be used in double-banked games. Players who use metal coins will be disqualified.

7.

Leave will only be granted in emergencies.

8.

Coffee and tea will be available, together with a fully-licensed bar. Light lunches will be available for tournaments with strong entries; please book lunches on entry if possible.

10.

At all tournaments, dogs must remain in the car park during play. The Club reserves the right to ban dogs whose behaviour disturbs competitors' concentration.

11.

Entry fees: Under 25's pay half the otherwise appropriate fee.
